HOW LONG WILL THE TREATMENT TAKE & WHAT IS THE DOWNTIME?
Lip enhancement is a quick procedure. You will require a consultation with Dr. Muhammad Mughese Amin to confirm your suitability before injecting, the value of the consultation will be deducted from your final total on the day. In total, you should reserve approximately forty-five minutes. You can return to your daily activities immediately after the procedure, however, you must avoid hot showers and exercise for a period of 24 hours post treatment
WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS?
Any dermal filler can cause short- or long-term side effects, permanent side effects, or a combination. However, most side effects associated with dermal fillers occur shortly after injection and most go away in less than two weeks.
LESS COMMON SIDE EFFECTS INCLUDE:
- Raised bumps in or under the skin (nodules or granulomas) that may need to be surgically removed
- Infection
- Open or draining wounds
- A sore at the injection site
- Allergic reaction
- Necrosis (tissue death)
